I think what changing said about tapering off them may be helpful. Also, do you use your bedroom for anything besides sleep? Like, do you watch t.v., do any studying, eat, or read in bed? If so, that could also cause some sleep problems. Maybe try just using your bedroom for sleep only...this way you can condition your body to go to sleep once you are in bed. Kind of like, if you use your bed for anything that is stimulating, your mind will relate the bed with those activities. Maybe it's worth a try.
