Duckie, I know we have said this before, but it is ok to cry! Let it all out, your body is healing and getting rid of all the toxins! Your best friend would not slowly kill you, so please know that smoking was never your friend :) Take the relaxation time and do something for yourself. It doesn't hurt to lay in bed and cry all day!
