I am having trouble with the IM. I click on the "launch" button, and then it says I'm logged on. But what then? I don't seem to be anywhere but here in the posting area. Can someone help? I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

When I click on the "launch" button, should something be coming up on the screen besides what's normally there. Because nothing's happening.

Jan, while you have IM running (I assume the new one needs to be running), find a post by someone you want on your buddy list, then click the "Add to Buddy List" button under their name.

What browser are you using. It doesn't work with Netscape. You need to use Explorer and then allow pop-up's. That's what I know, anyway.

You should see the IM box come up within the let hand corner. If you have added buddies they will appear as on or off line. Please contact us via feedback if you have any more problems :)

Just add buddies and your IM Messenger will add them to your contact list automatically. Try and login to your IM when you on the site, this will make it easier to connect with others :)
