You're doing great, Tony! Congrats on 10 smoke free days. Enjoy your curries and keep posting. It really helps. Ahhhh....Tony. you're making my mouth water. I love curry! ONly one in the family who eats it. If its getting you through right now, don't worry. Deal with the pounds later. Totally with you there, nmc! I think that's a great way to keep the quit. If its edible and you can curry it, I'll give it a go! The spicier the better. What do you think, Tony? KiwiKeith, I know you may not like this situation but your stomach is telling you no that's enough for now! Keep in mind that your stomach and gut were also affected by smoking and that they too need time to heal. Be patient. Let your body get back into top form. :) Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team
