Got up this morning felt great if not a little saddened by the onset of winter. I had beaten the first day, it has not been as straight forward as i thought but all the same i had done it. So with renewed confidence i set off to work. Five minutes down the road it all goes pair shaped, a car comes flying out of the darkness and almost has me off the road "stay calm stay calm" this happened twice more before the sun was even up. I am blessed. The shop now screaming at me " you know you want to, come on in who's to know". So i did, i got my morning paper and a pack of twenty, walked out side the shop looked at my reflection in my window and said to myself "you know", turned straight back around and took them back. Much to the bemusement of the shop keeper. But once again it was a small step in the right direction, i am not saying that its over and i am cured far from it but if i can remember the little victories and with the right support then i should have a much better chance of kicking this disgusting habit.
