That makes since to me. If you were around it and they smoked inside you were getting second hand smoke. Plus there is that 100 day issue that I have read about also. Could be head games. I haven't been that far,so I am guessing :) This to shall pass. Sillyme, a lot of quitters go through what you are experiencing. Hang on tight and ride it out. One day you will see someone else post about it and say to yourself 'yep, that was rough but I made it' and you will be here to help others. Keep going. One step at a time! being cooped up with smokers and now alone will leave you with some craves.....most of us find being "alone" bringing on thoughts of haveing "just one".....it's like, no one will know..........it's silly but it happens that way. As suggested, get moving. don't sit and dwell on the thoughts of smoking...... Get out and get with people...preferably in non smoking places. Don't forget to plan rewards for staying smoke free!!
