When you are in the forum you need to be in the Home section and then the Launch button is on your right hand side.

You dont needto download mate Clisk on view support group and then hit launch! Thats it!!! Hey there Tryagain! It is available for download from your Glove Compartment page. You will see about 3 or 4 choices, and Download IM is there!
