thanks, Joe. I am impressed and envious (in a good way). I realized when I read your post that I have thrown away stats like you have there - foolishly I might add. And I wonder how much I would have been helped if I had just kept track of those stats instead of taking them for granted and not letting them fall out of my consciousness. I am envious, I guess. Also regretting what I have done multiple times before. I'm continuing to look for ways to make this my last quit and your post helps. I want to be the guy who posts on here 10 years from now and says, hey, notice how I didn't smoke 4000 packs of cigarettes over the past 10 years at a cost savings of $16,000 and a added chance at life of x years! I'm just saying your post helps me cement in mind that I need to be in this for the LONG HAUL. thanks, QM My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 26 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 528 Amount Saved: $104 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 23 Mins: 12 Seconds: 26

Congratulations Joe You have reminded me that with faith, strength, the right set of tools and my good friends at SCC this addiction can become a distant part of my past. You have done so well! Thank you for coming back to share your success with us!
