Sorry I saw this post too late.
I can't believe that.I was going kinda post the same question a couple days ago!
3 days ago, in the middle of the night I had a very sore throat, was coughing like crazy, runny nose, my tempature was 102. I'm still getting over it but that day after I woke up, Evrytime I got up to take medicine or even go to the bathroom, My head was spinning, I felt like my energy was absolutely depleted & had that passing out feeling like I never experienced before. On top of that my vision was getting very blurry that whole day-That never happened to me before that I remember. I'm really starting to scare myself. I really think I'm losing it.
Thank you Suzanne, Hopeful and Lester.....
I hate being sick with colds anyway. GRRR!!
As for the move I have some time not alot.....
I am "dealing" with it I just don't like having to deal with so much on the heels of the relapse. In amongst normal daily stuff.
Physical Illness DEFINITELY can bring on PA. Happens to me quite often. In fact, sometimes I'll all of a sudden start feeling "panicky" and within two days, guess what? I've got a cold or flu! Hopefully when you get over your cold, you'll be able to handle your possible move a little better. Good Luck! Hope you feel better!! ;)
I can really relate with that, things like a stomach ache, sinus problems, or any run-of-the-mill illness can start to bring on the panicky feeling. I've gotten much better lately at stopping it before it blows up into a big panic. Still those little annoying symptoms can drive you nuts!
Give yourself some time to think about the move. Do they give you much time? I can see how that would add to the stress. I'm sure you'll do ok with all this, you've been doing so much better.
shedav6,
You can definitely be more susceptible to panic attacks when your immune system is fighting off sickness (plus the added stress of making big decisions). Try to keep the cold/flu, stress level under control, that should help. Let us know how it goes.
Susanne
Do you all get panicky over simple symptoms such as having a cold or stomach flu??I have both right now.
I also got some news about a possible move (we are military and it requires a decision on my part) and the trio is making me anxious. No panic attacks but definetely on edge. I had the cold first. Than came the tummy flu and than came the news. All on the backside of the relapse.
SO far I have been fighting it but I am so tired again from it all. Don't want anymore setbacks
Just really needed to vent tonight. I am on edge with the kids and hubby.
