HI Lynne!! What you are experiencing is a normal reaction to the depletion of nicotine from the body. I do believe everyone on here has experienced it from time to time. We are mourning the loss of what was once so familar to us and now we have chosen to let that 'friend, the smoke' go. I still have a blue moment and usually I end up in a puddle of tears.
