These moods/aggressive behaviours will not last forever. You will get over this phase of the quit, too. Don't get too frightened about it. Exercise helped me a great deal when I turned into a monster at the start of the quit - seems to get rid of the excess energy.
If you feel yourself about to blow, try and remove yourself from the situation, deep breaths, etc. But don't forget - this is not forever!!
