I think you should get it checked out too Ann. I have that symptom too sometimes. It's the worse symptom I think! Not painful, just really really freaky. I've read a few other people on the forum mention the same or similar symptoms, related to their head. Someone desciribed it once as being part of depersonalisation. Which makes sense to me. I think you'll find it's both muscle tension and panic attack. Sometimes I get sharp shooting pains in the head with this symptom. With me, that was neck related.

Are you having headaches?? This could definitely be caused by tension in the neck and shoulder area. If it persists, see your family doctor.

Could tension in the neck and shoulders cause this. I am really panicking about this as no one is replying which makes me think that it could be something really serious.

I have started experiencing a new symptom. My head feels like it is twisting inside. It is really freaking me out, as I fear that there is something seriously wrong with me.
