I agree with jbr.....remember this kind of stuff will happen whether you are smoking or not....smoking a cig is NOT going to our bad days any better. You have done so great. Do something nice for yourself to cheer yourself up....buy yourself flowers and put them on your kitchen table. They will brighten up your day! You scared me at first when you wrote "I had a hospital appointment, and i went to the hospital, only to be told,OH, we've been trying to call you...." I'm thinking, test results or something, but the worst thing you came out with was free time. thank god. No doubt you are in a bad charma zone. Run around in a circle three times fast and get out of it. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/19/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 11 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 115 Amount Saved: $55 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 1 Mins: 43 Seconds: 1

If I went to a doctors appt and the doctor didn't show, I would take it as an answer to prayer. Free time is free time; I'm grateful for it whenever and however it comes. And no needles and hands where they really shouldn't be is an added benefit, no? peteg My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/30/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 35 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,779 Amount Saved: $192.5 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 5 Mins: 28 Seconds: 5

I heard you screaming loud and clear all the way in the US!!! Stuff like that just flies all over me too! They certainly could be more considerate of a person in the midst of quitting smoking, by golly! Glad you didn't smoke, cuz if you did you would be needing that Dr. appt. more and more!
