Yes, Rainie, the Chantix is beginning to work, isn't that wonderful?
If you find yourself not wanting to smoke, so much the better. I know I cut down considerably during that week before my quit date, not because I thought I should, but I really wasn't much interested any more -- and they tasted so bad, too!
You're rolling -- good for you!
Keep the faith

Good for you! Whether it's the Rx or what's in your mind.. it's working!
Keep close, read lots and keep us up to date on how you're doing before your quit date arrives.
Remember.. keep a good attitude about your quit and yes, it's going to be hard, some days worse than other's.. but hey! It's going to be a new and improved YOU.. a time for Celebration :)

I started to take the Rx today and I realise that so much of this is in my head but could it possibly be working already?
I really usually smoke about 8 cigs at work...have gone to 2 today.
I am thinking hummm... I have 7 days to be on the Rx before I quit. 7 today and one less each day until next Thursday.
I guess I will just sit here and build my arsenal as I read away because this ain't gonna be easy, but heck, good things usually do take hard work or atleast effort!
