Wondering if any one has used Alan Carr's stop smoking program? and what did you think? 6 days free of the beast at this point and feeling strong,i didnt use the Allen Carr method but several people have mentioned it. My method is more is more basic 1 I dont wanna die early 2 i'm tired of wasting money on a habit/addiction that does nothing but diminish my quality of life.

I read the book before this last quit and it really did help me. It is cleansing of the brain (brainwashing). He undoes what the tobaco compaines have been doing to us. He also makes you believe in yourself. It is a good read. yes i've used & abused. I wouldn't say he has a program tho.... his book just talks you through the nature of addiction & somehow it just 'clicks'. I thought there was some subliminal message or hypno in there somewhere but further in your quit you realsie that everything he said was so right. We all know knowledge is power, so gear up with whatever it takes.
