Jekgbs,
Well, I'm only in my 11th Day. I should stop saying ONLY because that's pretty darn good.
I'm starting to feel a little better now but I still have times when I feel like I've been hit by a Mack Truck. This may sound weird but yesterday I told myself, "Okay, accept what's going on, stop fighting and dwelling, and stop waiting for a perfectly normal day to come without cravings or anxiety." Once I said that, I felt better and relaxed a lot more. I think we have to just accept that we're going to feel weirded out for a while because our bodies are healing. It may take some of us longer than others, depending on how much you smoked. But, allow your body to make that transition and don't put it on a time clock. Once I did that yesterday, I started feeling better.
