Well it's day 30 and I was at my last counselling session last night. Got a certificate and everything. You will never guess what I wanted as a reward? Get outa here! No I didn't but oh! I wanted to. Today there is a bit of stress around and usually I would have smoked about half a packet by now. I had a gas board official in the house cos we thought we had a leak, and he's a SMOKER! ARGGGGGG!!!!! He smelled smoky and not nice but it still kicked off my crave. Anyway I will take each hour as it comes and breath through the craves. I have no gas.....no fire,central heating or cooker.....it's cold....but hey, I am a non smoker! Love it!!!!! Thinking about everybody and the goal. It's only a feeling.....it will go. :(
