Hi sweet T
My 2 weeks was yesterday and I know how proud you are because I am too. I feel better everyday and am so glad that smoking will never be a part of my life ever again. Yesterday I was cleaning my desk when a cigarette rolled out from some papers, I jumped like it was a spider. Couldn't get it destroyed fast enough. Stay with your Quit.

You are on your way! It only gets easier from here on out. You may have some cravings or you may not. Nothing like the first week! Stay positive and enjoy your new self! :)
Any special rewards? I think I reward myself every time I go shopping. Now I have a great excuse to buy something! I wonder how long I can drag this out???!!!

Sweet T: Great job! I swear those first two weeks are the most significant of all -- they do test your level of commitment and you have passed with major flying colors! Good for you!
Keep it going and keep the faith!

Anna, thanks for the support. As for the rewards I say if your not buying cigs then you should be able to buy anything else you want!!
On my last quit, that lasted a year before I caved last fall, I bought my self an id bracelet and had them put N.O.P.E. on it for my 1 month reward. I had my quit date on the back. I wore it to work today for the first time in close to a year for my 2 week quit.
Not One Puff Ever!
P.S. My name is Anna too!
