If you've been through the Panic program, I would encourage you to go back through the program and to do it with more involvement. This fight for control involves a gradual progression. If you haven't signed up for it yet, please do.
hi i,ve been coping pretty well..doing my breathing,challenging my anxious thoughts ,havent got a full blown attack in almost a month..but now since 3 days my stress levels have gone up again,i,ve been smoking a lot again,not sleeping well,and i,m feeling those familiar body symptoms again,also the feeling of depersonalization,being dazed are creeping in..dont want to go back into panic zone..any tips to help me stay panic free??love sanju
