hi i,ve been coping pretty well..doing my breathing,challenging my anxious thoughts ,havent got a full blown attack in almost a month..but now since 3 days my stress levels have gone up again,i,ve been smoking a lot again,not sleeping well,and i,m feeling those familiar body symptoms again,also the feeling of depersonalization,being dazed are creeping in..dont want to go back into panic zone..any tips to help me stay panic free??love sanju
