Thank you all for your kind words! It is one of the hardest things I have ever done. When I read my stats last night I cried 23,000 cigerettes OMG I cant believe I really smoked that much. Now I just have to get the weight off lol but at least I can breath!!!! And that is a good thing...I have made it over a year now!!!!! I wanted to come back and say that if it wasnt for this board I dont know if I would have made it. I smoked over 3 packs a day for many many years and here I am smoke free!
