Omg! I just got on to see if any of the Ash Kickers were on here and there you are. Congrats to all who have made it and are about to make it to the one year mark. I still can't believe I have actually been able to quit. Keep fighting Janet. Try to think of all the good things about not smoking. You can do this. I never thought I would be able to do this, but you can. Anyway, it is good to see some of the people that were here when I started this journey. I will try to write something helpful in 8 days when I reach one year. Have a great anniversary everyone! Well...I would LOVE to say I stuck with it but after 100 + days, I blew my quit. I'm back again and am of course struggling with the first few days. I really WANT to stay quit and am trying everything in my power to keep it going. It's not been easy and I must confess, I have smoked 4 cigs since yesterday. UGH I guess I just don't have my head wrapped around being quit (and staying quit) yet. I need to get in (and stay in) the game...just having a hard time shooting the starting gun. Congrats to those who DID make it the year...I'm angry with myself as if I had, I'd be one year quit too! Anyway, blah blah blah, I could ramble on and on...I'm here, I'm trying to stay focused and getting out of this funk I've gotten myself into. I'll pull it together soon and get my mindset where it needs to be. I HAVE to!
