So no matter what! No matter what that voice is saying! No matter what the junkie pleads. Just never light that next one.
The power is inside!

Let the tears flow. Let yourself, the part of you that wants to be free, come forward. Step out of the prison of the nicotine. Release the chains and step onto the road less travelled, the freedom highway.
We all smoked for a reason and I know for me those reasons were not the most brilliant or wonderful. Letting go of that dark side, the addict, the part of me that wanted and needed to hide behind the veil of addiction was and is challanging. It can be done.
The time will begin to pass more quickly as you get more used to the new you.
Let that new self comeforward. We really are here to offer whatever support we came to help get you through.
Let those tears flow and you will find that there is more inside than you ever imagined.
Ciao big big hugs and if you need and want just take my hand. You can get through. Keep on posting.

To my very dear friend.
No matter what don't give up, giving up. You have done so much to get to a new found knowledge about being quit and about what happens to you as you quit.
Don't give up. Look to the other side, look to the life you can add. Look to what more time on this earth with your children and grand children will add and what you can give to your families life. Look to what you can do with all the time that you will have. Look to the joyful and pleasurable elments of life and how you can actually experience these without the veil of smoke. Practice gratutude.
My friend DON'T stop. Get the help you want, pharmaclogical and talk with a counsellor! Keep on keeping on. The gift you give yourself will be amazing and wonderful. Keep on.
I believe in you and I know you can do this. 'Cause hell if I can anyone can.
I am right here for you, so keep on checking in and letting us all know how you are doing. The road to freedom is pretty wild and the journey is so much the pleasure.
Ciao
Phillip

Posting on this site was a huge piece of quitting for me. Thanks for posting.
Glad you are here.
I am sorry that this hurts. Please be gentle with yourself. You are going where few go.
Keep on keeping on.
The power is within. The loving caring side of you is right beside the addict. The loving caring side of you is crying and searching to get out and get past the part of you that is addicted to the smoke.
Keep on keeping on ...
