Iwin,
Wow, you have come through lots of stressful situations this past year. But look at you, congratulations on those 411 awesome days.
Sometimes it is the simple things we change that makes the difference. We are close in our quits, on Feb 13th I found myself in a situation that I couldn't leave. It wasn't cravings it was just thinking about smoking. I called it the NAG, and it stayed around for about 7 days. The situation was one that I had never been through without smoking. My granddaughter gave birth and made me a great grandmother. I was in the car and on the phone more than usual and those two things are triggers for me. But everything is fine now. I knew I wasn't going to smoke but the thought just wouldn't turn loose. I woke up on the 19th and they were gone.
We will continue on this journey, and just think 2 years will be here before we know it. Congratulations Iwin!!! Good to hear from you. :)
