I know when I've been out-gunned, so to speak. Jaset can be your entertainment slave. (Although I may show up on drag to crack a few whips just for the fun of it and to keep in practice....) peteg My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/30/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 104 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,246 Amount Saved: $572 Life Gained: Days: 19 Hrs: 3 Mins: 52 Seconds: 15

Ooooohhhh -- a bachlorette party! If the tips are going to be good, I'll be there. Thanks ya'all. All is well. Had a good time, didn't misbehave too badly. Even though the places we went are now non-smoking, they still stunk like cigs. The town where I live is going smoke free on May 1. I can't wait. I never thought I would ever hear myself say that I was happy places were going to be smoke free!! Having some cravings today, I have a feeling it's just the beginning. My sister is getting married next Sat. Today is a bridal shower and later tonight we are going out for her bachlorette party. The phone is ringing off the hook, changing plans, who's driving who, what to wear???? I will not smoke. Sometimes I think If I could just step outside for a smoke and regroup. My foureen year old daughter does not want to wear a dress to the wedding. On top of all this I work with my sister, she is working till Wed, it's gonna be crazy. I am looking forward to see lots of old friends and family. Posting once again has helped the evil thoughts of smoking lessen. The town we are going out in tonight just passed a no smoking ban, so at least I won't stink tonight when I get home! Just wanted to vent a bit Terri My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/28/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 135 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,034 Amount Saved: $480.6 Life Gained: Days: 13 Hrs: 13 Mins: 28 Seconds: 50

Ter, Why can't you step outside to regroup? Just because you've quit smoking doesn't mean you're no longer allowed to take those five minutes to clear your head before tackling the next problem. Use those five minutes to sneak in a reward instead. Danielle _______________________ The SSC Support Team

Hi Terri Weddings can be crazy that's for sure. But you know the sun will rise and set each day and all of the fuss will pass. How would you like to experience this week - would you like to be excited, be calm, have fun? Make your decision - proclaim how it will be and make it the way you want it. Enjoy the party and know the cravings will come and go. All the very best Sharon My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/14/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 119 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,198 Amount Saved: 320.11 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 1 Mins: 55 Seconds: 50
