Wonderful Miss!!! I had wondered how it went since your last post. I am so glad you are sleeping more soundly, and you completed a major step in putting your trust into your doctor with taking the medicine. Im on my 3rd week starting tomm of starting back on my medication. I noticed some differences already. I have even made it thru the night home alone, and I used to be extremely more anxiety ridden around that "time" of the month. This past time I wasn't. That was a great comfort, and I knew then that I was feeling the starting benefits of the good part of the medication. I go up on mine again the October 8th, but it can only get better. I wish you the best of luck. Please keep us updated. Trish

This is by far the longest I have been on a med. I have been taking the Lexapro 2.5mg at night with .5mg of Ativan. I know that does is low, but I'm doing it in a way that makes me comfortable. I will start taking 5mg tonight. My doc just wants me on that for a month or so. I am 5'7 and weigh 116, he thinks that dose may be enough for me. So far I sleep all night. And wake up a little tired during the day, other that that, I don't feel anything else. I wonder if I will feel side effects when I up my dose? Hopefully I will feel the good effects soon....
