Penguin,
I have some free Air Miles on British Airways that I will share. Perhaps that will solve the problem...

Hey Penguin,
I've been gone for a while. Decided to stop in here and see if your still quit.
Hopefully you haven't slipped again. I guess you need to keep thinking about 107 (Or whatever it was) days in 2006 and go beyond it.
Good luck,
Ron

Hey Penguin,
Congrats on making it this far! One day at a time my friend.
Please remember that I had HUGE problems sleeping as well. Some nights would be a hour or so, others 2 or 3 hours. It does pass... it does get better in time. My case it wasn't a medical condition, just the quit itself. I actually went way past "Hell Week" on not sleeping.
I cut down on the caffine, forced myself out of bed bright and early in the morning, and allowed "down time" before bed. It didn't work for me at first, eventually it did though.
Keep that quit going Penguin!
N.O.P.E.

Penquin -
Thirty days is HUGE! You have done an amazing thing for yourself and your family. We have those ups and downs along the way this journey is taking us...but we can go forward with pride because we are Non-Smokers and You have been one for a month! I think that's great!
