Way to go, Trailbum! 5 months feels SO good! I'm glad you rewarded yourself. 30 pounds isn't that bad really. It seems a fair trade-off to get your nonsmoking self back. Now, with your new treadmill, you'll be conquering that little problem, too! Congratulations! Keep the faith, Trailbum My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/8/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 139 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,593 Amount Saved: $1112 Life Gained: Days: 18 Hrs: 6 Mins: 58 Seconds: 55

Thanks all for your praise. I like it. Anyone that could should get a treadmill in the beginning of their quits. It can sure help relive some of the stress we go threw when we first quit. And it would help the weight gain some of us have. The weight makes it hard to breath and move. WELL I MADE IT TO 5 MONTHS WITHOUT SMOKING. Bought myself a treadmill as a reward. Because of the 1000 lb I gained doing it.
