Way to go Phillip!!!! Nearly one year quit. There will be trumpets blazing here at SSC on your one year anniversary!!!!
So glad the swimming is working out for you. You've found something you're really passionate about, and that helps to make life fulfilling. This is your huge reward for enduring the ups and downs of the quit for one year. And in the end, its all so very worth it.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are a wonderful source of inspiration for me. Reading your posts bolsters my strength to continue on. And continue on I will!!!!
Oh, and by the way, I'm sure if you look out your window, you'll see me, Holly and Casey, each with a big fork and napkin, just waiting to sample some of that wonderful Italian baking!!!!
Keep going strong Phillip,
Cheers, Jan
