hi folks,
I will be at the beach in 4 days, and i stopped to think about my quit this morning. It all started when the doctor asked me if i was still smoking and i told him i was. before i knew it i had a prescription for patches and was agreeing to try and quit.
i used the patches for about 3 weeks, then went completely nic free.
i have had very few craves really. more like a passing thought that i just push away.
anyway, having said that i hadn't really planned to stop. my quit means a great deal to me now, and i am really looking forward to the beach to get to some warm weather
hope this helps the newbies see that it can be done if you change your mindset from i want to stop , to i stopped.
love to all
lynnexx
