Feeling great!

Its been a little over a year now and I am still smoke free. I went to see a friend of mine who plays in a band and I couldn't stay. The smoke was making it very hard to breathe and I had to leave. Now I know what I put my kids and grandchildren through when I smoked in the car or in the house. Made me feel terrible. Someone asked me if I really felt better. Oh yes, I no longer wheeze when I try and go to sleep, I have more energy and many people have commented my skin looks healthier. Do I miss them, sometimes, do I want them, no way ever again.
