Redy, You're doing a great job. I had to sleep a lot too during the beginning of my quit. Your mind and body is healing but being asleep is a good way to handle any cravings or withdrawals as well. LOL It also felt good to wake up a realize that several more hours were added to your quit time. You've got a really strong Quit going there and keep us posted on your progress, okay? We're all in there with you. HI redytoquit - good for you!! I slept so much at the beginning of my quit and it helped so much. Remember that your mind, body and spirit are healing from this addiction. Catnaps really did help me stay grounded in my quit. You're doing beautifully! Good for you ready! Whatever it takes, just don't smoke. There were days early in my quit that I stayed in bed too. Just kind of vegged out. Congratulations on making it through and keep going! Everyday it gets better and better.
