Congratulations Tutti Very proud of your stats and the best of luck to your daughter. I was not strong enough when I was pregnant to quit. But I am now and I will be there for my grandchildren too, if I ever have any. I am 46 and my three kids are only 18, 17 & 9. Keep up the good work and we will all be here for you to support and to hold you up if you need! Keep smiling, have a great weekend! Thank You Angel. And you will be around for your three kids and their children. We'll keep right on supporting each other. Hey, you're halfway through that three day misery. You're going to make it just fine. And vent all you need to and man, drink tons of water. I still have to drink loads of water and I don't mind telling you, I'm really tired of it now. ha ha ha ha Hugs, Tutti PS My kid's ages are 26, 23, and 21!! I'm in my 11th day now. I had a really easy day today until late this afternoon and the cravings came, along with anxiety. I had to remind myself again just why I made the decision to quit. Of course, it was real easy to remember those reasons but then, the phone rang. That phone!! I know, you're getting worried right about now, huh? LOL Not to worry. I didn't smoke, didn't even want one. One of the reasons for my Quit came to life today. Two years ago my baby girl, she's 23 but still my baby, went through labor and delivered stillborn twin boys. She and her husband went through so much pain, grief, and heartache. I did too as my daughter and I held those lifeless babies in our arms. Since then, my daughter hasn't been able to get pregnant. Lord, I've prayed for it to happen. Towards the top of my list of reasons it says, "I want to live to see my grandchildren come into the world, I want to feel good and play with them, and I want to be a good example for them." The phone rang today, it was my daughter, and she's pregnant!!! Yee Hah!!! One of my reasons has literally come to life!!!!! Should I start to falter....if I start showing any signs of weakness, I'm going to need all of you to stand with me. I'm going to be a 46 year old granny and I can't wait!!!! Congratulations to your daughter Tutti. And congratulations to the grandma to be. There you go, you want to see your grandchildren come into the world and you want to feel good and play with them and be a good example for them. And now it is happening. Keep up your good work. You already have 11 days behind you, that is almost another week. I am really happy for you Loulou My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 59 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,915 Amount Saved: $250.75 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 19 Mins: 55 Seconds: 58
