Wow! Look at the stats, folks! Nearly 60-THOUSAND cigarettes NOT smoked! Nearly 20-THOUSAND dollars NOT spent on nicotine! And it would have been so easy to just keep smoking, but he said "NO". And look at what he's accomplished! Congratulations, Randy B. You are truly an inspiration. Dang! Look at those stats! Congratulations. I will be as old as you one day :p I agree with what you said about wanting one once in a while. After lunch today, I though hmmmm... time for a smoke. NOPE! And off it went. Glad I have learned how to ignore that old junkie within. Congratulations on your freedom! This is for all the newbies to give hope that it can be done and it does make a differance. Sure I still want a smoke every now and then, but I think about how hard it was to stop, and how much better I feel now. No more coughing up a lung, more money in my pocket, and I don't stink of smoke. In the end it's all about how bad you want to quit. Hi Randy B., Those are fantastic stats. You were before my time on the site, I think. It's great to come back and say 'Hi' sometimes, and let the current posters know that there is life after quitting. And actually it's a lot better, and it feels great! Lizzie :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/23/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1373 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 20,603 Amount Saved: 6178.5 Life Gained: Days: 137 Hrs: 8 Mins: 27 Seconds: 6
