Cottage cheese, fruits (apple, orange, grapefruit), lowfat yogourt. These are the types of things I eat after the gym. Don't worry, I go to the gym about 5 days a week and I need to eat every 3 hours or so- small things like i listed above, because exercise speeds up your metabolis, so your body needs feul more often. If I don't, I feel terrible- light headed, weak, grumpy and unable to concentrate. Peanut butter is a really good one too.. I don;t think what you are experiencing is any cause for concern- When working out you're burning tons of calories so you need to up your intake A BIT or you'll end up burning muscle at the gym rather than fat..
