Hi Sparky,
You can still do this Sparky!! Set a new quit date, don't give up on yourself, because we aren't giving up on you. Remember the reasons you wanted to quit. I know the cravings get intense, be ready next time. Figure out what the trigger was that made you cave and come up with a plan for it next time. Attitude predicts behavior and your body's crave for nicoteen can really mess with even the best attitudes. I'm not an expert, but I'm taking it one day at a time, and some days are definately better than others. Dig deep, regroup and do what's best for you!!! Most important of all, do not beat yourself up over this. This is my 5th quit and as far as I'm concerned it's a fresh start. Make a fresh start Sparky, when your ready....
