Day 4

19 years ago 0 983 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Just a quick note because I have been really busy at work today...today is day 4 and I'm really doing good. Last night went really well, and this morning was the best morning out of the 4 days...no yelling or freaking out at all. I actually got on my treadmill last night for 20 minutes and just walked slowly. I'm still taking it one day at a time, but honestly today has been the best so far. Good luck to all the other new quitter's...we can do this!!!! So happy to hear that you are having a good day Kait - Treadmill sounds like a great idea...I don't think I stopped being cranky until well after 14 days so you have me beat (actually...I'm still not sure if I'm done...yikes!) Great job! You should be SO proud of yourself....hang right in here....quitting isn't always easy and you may experience days that aren't so good....but when you have a good one, it's great to crow and feel proud about your accomplishment! Don't forget rewards!! katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1771 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 70,867 Amount Saved: $10094.7 Life Gained: Days: 231 Hrs: 2 Mins: 10 Seconds: 2
