I am so greatful to know I'm not the only one going through this, I was starting to wonder if I'd lost my mind. lol
Seems to be alot of different phases to quiting ...
With the dreams of smoking and trying hide it (in my dreams) and I've never hid the fact I was a smoker.lol
One night I even dreamed I was smoking a pencil so that know one would catch on to me. (See why I feel silly asking questions??)
I didn't quit like I had planned to, I lit a cigarette one night and it made me so sick I thought I'd never stop vomiting and when I tried to lite up the next day I couldn't bring myself to inhale. Mind you, I had just bought the carton but I just couldn't smoke them.
I still have the carton, I placed a pack in my car and left the rest in the house ... any time I feel I want to smoke I know I have them close enough to have one and before I complete the thought of wanting one I'm already over the crave.
I don't know why this has worked for me but I feel truly blessed by it and knowing I have a place to ask questions about some of the changes only reinforces me wanting to stay smoke free. If I can be of any help to any of you I would be honored to do so.
Thank you for YOUR support on my journy :)
