Thanks Tutti....and right back at ya. Sounds like a great thing to pull each other back up. Togather, we can do it with ease. And I am so glad your quit is going well, also. It gives me so much strength to see others doing well. As for the surgery, nothing big, just day surgery. The doctors think I have endemetriosis (no way I spelled that right LOL)Not much they can do to help me there, I am too young, as far as they are concerned, to take care of it permanetly. So some pain releif and that will have to do for now. The good thing is, no more worries about babies. Another one could kill me, so I am getting that cared for immediatly. NEway........ keep up the good work...and we will get to where we are going together. And congrats 1000 times for making it strong to day 19. Getting close to 1000 smokes not smoked already, you must feel wonderful. Hugs back....Tara My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/15/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 534 Amount Saved: $173.25 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 12 Mins: 31 Seconds: 42

Well guys, I didn't know where to post this, so here goes. I just wanted to drop a line to say yipeee. I have made it to Day 21 and am definatly feling like I can conquer this nasty little demon. I had a really hard time last weekend, but things are looking much better now. I am a little concerned about next week, though. Both because I am coming up on 30 days and I have to go for day surgery next Wednesday. But, I am sure that I will have no problem when the time comes. After all, I have come this far, right? Well, good luck to you all, keep fighting the good fight, and remember to never give up. Thanks Everyone. Good Morning Tara, You'll be juuuust fine. Don't worry about Day 30 because everyone is so different. For me, Heck Week was by far worse than Hell Week. I hit two or three days in Heck Week where I absolutely lost control of myself and thank God no one was around. Well, my husband was but he got away from me. I felt like an emotional wreck. All of that happened in my second week. Granted the third day was HORRIBLE but before and after that 3rd day, I was fine until I hit week 2. Phew!!! Now, I'm fine again. We're all different. So you and I may not even hit a 30 Day slump at all. Let's just wait and see. If you hit a slump, I'm here for you and everyone else will be too. Then you can be there for me if I hit it. Deal? ;) Just try to think about that part of it. Okay? I'm sorry to hear that you have to have surgery. I'll keep you in my prayers (AND WHEN I SAY THAT, I MEAN IT) and I'm sure you'll be just fine. Keep us posted, okay? Congratulations on such a wonderful Quit. You are sooo strong and I really mean that. I'm so proud of you. Make sure that you reward yourself. Okay?
