Thanks everyone for all your good wishes - I REALLY, REALLY could not have done it without this forum. I can't quite believe that 1 year ago I decided to "love" myself on valentine's Day. Had several near misses but never took a single puff in all that time (although this last Sunday was touch and go - daughter gave birth 6 weeks early!!!)Yet another good reason to stay "clean"!!! Just got to clean up now on the weight!! Love to all, with special thanks to Mr Ed and Riverdale Man for encouragement and partnership along the way. I raise a glass to all our efforts and to the next 12 months that, hopefully, will be less of a struggle to freedom Ozzgran (quit date: 1 whole year!!)
