Hey,
Way to go. I had to let some people go with Lay-Offs the past day and more to come before Friday. Some of these people have been with me since 1996. SUCKS!
Stress, stress, stress...Smoking never really seemed to help my stress, but I do remember walking out the back door of the office and grabbing a smoke when it came. Personal life is even tougher, but I am friends with the families of some of the folks we let go and that is impossible. Just the job I have, but not smoking has been tough the past few. Sounds like your in some boat too. I'm not gonna smoke, no f---g way. This has been hard, but not worth going back.
My mind is flying, but this post helped ground me for a minute. Keep the faith.
