HELLO MY NAME IS FRANK AND I STOPPED SMOKING ON JAN 1, 2007 AND THIS WILL BE MY 18TH DAY NOT SMOKING. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO BE A NON SMOKER. MY WIFE HAS ALSO QUIT SMOKING AS OF JAN 4, 2007 WE JUST WANTED TO SHARE HOW GREAT WE BOTH FEEL. WE BOTH QUIT BY GOING COLD TURKEY AND CHEWING SUGAR FREE GUM.

Freedom: Welcome! Your screen name says it all, doesn't it? Not coincidentally, mine also has the word freedom. We are SO tired of giving over our control to this awful addiction. Freedom is a very do-able goal. You sound very determined. That's worth so much. Congratulations to both you and your husband on this great decision. Keep posting and let us know how you're doing, ok? Hello Freedom & Frank, Gotta Laugh, Sounds a little bit like, ''Readum and Weap,'' Poker Hand I think, Well I'll tell Ya one thing, That Nickodemon is gonna be T'd off when He finds out that 2 more People have quit smoking and joined the S,S,C, website, Oh, does that make that Fellar mad, I'm proud of You Both, Just stay as close to this website as You can, and take just One day at a time, and I mean that litteraly, and try to give each other a little space, for it can be quite stressful the first few weeks of quitting, To quit is very Doable though, For every week You put behind You, You become that much more stronger, and Confident in Yourself, In otherwords, Get the Eye of the Tiger, and You can move a mountain, Good Luck to Both of You, My Stats is my Resume, Smokless In Oklahoma :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/10/2003 Smoke-Free Days: 1410 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 42,320 Amount Saved: $6034.8 Life Gained: Days: 320 Hrs: 18 Mins: 46 Seconds: 7
