Dear SCC Members Year 2006 is drawing to a close and the closing will bring many, many, new faces that will need our encouragement and enlightment and Cuddles. If you can, bring forward some older posts or author new ones for our new guests. Personnaly I don't smoke, don't care about it, and don't think about it (big, big period). Maybe I just planned my quit all too well. After all I did smoke for 40 some years and it was killing me ya know. Perhaps a good reason not to light up and stay quit. I would like both seasoned and young, hey, stick to it and if you slip then get yourself back on the quit track. With coping skills and a detailed plan you, you can succeed. Happy New Year! Stickin to it My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/22/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 338 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,083 Amount Saved: $1774.5 Life Gained: Days: 63 Hrs: 4 Mins: 17 Seconds: 37

And more verbage, It was only my plan; I had good motivators as well. I got really sick and tired of dealing with where and when I could smoke and all the baggage that came with it. You will find those reasons for yourselves as well. Smokin is a bummer, so don't smoke and get over it. Life is better, ya know, I do!
