To all the New Year Quitters

18 years ago 0 19 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi! I am one of these new year's stoppers as well and wish a lot of focus and commitment to all of us, newly stoppers. Every time I tried to stop, it always kind of turned up the same way: The first few days, I feel really happy with myself and basically feel really limited redrawals effects. Then, after a few days, there is one of these awful hook form the nicotine, really cunningly calling, to which I can't resist and which still always pretty much come as a surprise coz I am never completely prepared to that. It feels like I really want to stop this time, I feel better prepared as well from having filled up the preparatory steps. I just cannot understand why I would keep on because I am just completely disgussed by this smoking habit but I just hope I am going to be strong this time. Thanks Lindaloo! Nice to see stats like yours. My hubby quit around the same time as you. Like you, he's smoke free. That's nearly 2 full years. Thanks for the vote of confidence. Just to say good luck to you all. It is very difficult but so worth it. It is the best thing I ever did and I feel great. Have lost all the weight I gained and feeling fantastic. Just do not smoke - easier said than done I know, but if I can do it, so can you.
