I just wanted to let you know about a tea that helped me tremedously with my anxiety. There's a tea called TENSION TAMMER (EXTRA) It's natural and is wonderful. So I do suggest drinking this tea that is available at Henry's or any organic market. It has helped me cut back on taking ativans from 10 a day to 3 or someday's even 2.

My doctor has had me on Vicodin for 5 yrs now for my chronic back pain. But long before I started taking Vicodin I have been taking Ativan's 1mg first it started out taking 1 at bedtime this started in 1990. Now I'm taking up to 6 even 10 a day and two at night along with over the counter sleeping medacation. I'm out of everything and I'm freaking out I can't even go outside. I have refills but not till middle of the month. I want get off all of this medacine but. I have no medical insurance and I need help these next 8 days are going to be hell! Please does anyone have any advice to make this transition?
