Pen, if you take smaller bites you'll get more exercise due to more reps. ;)
I've been going to the gym since July. Not steady, I'm afraid, but still much more than I used to do. Mostly treadmill and elliptical, although I've also used the resistance machines. Last month I started with a personal trainer once a week in hopes I'll learn the right way to do things (finally) so I'll make better progress.
My goal was to return to my pre-quit weight of 226 before today, but I hit 230 last month and just cannot punch through. Note I'm not doing serious dieting, just trying to eat better than before. However, my clothes fit better/looser than they did a year ago. Must have rearranged something.
