Shaz: Everybody's quit is a bit different, so it is hard to tell if it is withdrawals or side-effect of the Zyban. If the spasms continue or get worse, you should call your Dr.. You might want to do a search on the side effects of the zyban(?) Congratulations on the six days! Shazza, Start reading through our forums, there are many threads out there on how to cope with cravings and other triggers. You'll see your bag will fill up quickly. To get you started: For cravings try chewing gum, sucking on candy, sucking/holding a straw, chewing on a toothpick, drinking tall glasses of ice water or taking a few slow deep breaths. You can also try distracting yourself with anything that will keep your mind or body occupied. Our members do use SSC messenger pretty frequently. Keep in mind weekends are typically slower because everybody's out there enjoying their smoke free lives. Members should be along shortly to let you know when they are on. Take the time to prepare yourself and let us guide you through :) You body is detoxing and you need to relax yourself. Every quit is different and your symptoms may last longer than others.
