Hi, The books I am reading at the moment are, Self help for your nerves and Peace from nervous suffering. Both are written by Dr Claire Weekes. They explain all the symptoms and how to deal with panic attacks, they also cover agraphobia. I find them very helpfull and carry them everywhere, if I feel a bit panicky I read some of it, Just by reading and understanding what is happing normally calms me down. I live in England and these books are availible in most book shops. I hope this is of some help to you in lookig for a cure. Take care Rose.
