Hi jt,
You are doing great! Just stick with it. Utilize whatever distractions help. My favorite things to do are coming in here and getting my stats for the day, watching movies, crocheting and exercising. I go 3 days a week to the hospital where I work and get into the cardiac rehab department for some good workout exercises. See, I have a heart problem now and my doctor has said "NO MORE SMOKING" and get that heart up and pumping good! And, guess what???? I finally listened to him and gave up the nicodemon and have been exercising for about a month now! I really feel good and all the people I work with say that I look 100% better now! And, I feel great! So, don't give up. Hell week is bad but you are half way through it now! I have faith in you. Stay true to your quit!
Sue
