Hi Sillyme - What a wonderful opportunity to build that toolbox of coping skills (love those times when I get to learn more about how to take good care of me!)... What about some soft, soothing music before bed, or meditation (yoga is also so good for the mind, body and soul) or just coming here and reaching out and giving and gettin' some love... There are natural remedies as well... My favorite dream-makers are soft, clean, crisp sheets and down pillows all around... :) Sweet Dreams Healer My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 216 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,580 Amount Saved: $1004.4 Life Gained: Days: 28 Hrs: 2 Mins: 11 Seconds: 12

Silly, Use relaxation techniques to ease you into sleep. Hot bath, stretching, long walk and even snuggling under covers watching TV! Take some you time and relax before bed :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC support Team.
